- Home Information Packs (HIP’s)
All properties for sale from August 2007 require a HIP to be produced to help inform the buyer on important information such as local searches. The document includes an EPC and we can arrange for the HIP to be produced with no hassle for the seller. - Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s)
EPC’s are European legislation to inform the purchaser/tenant of the green credentials of the property in question. EPC’s are required for all residential and commercial property being marketed and can be produced quickly and at competitive prices. - Floor plans and mapping
Maxwell Douglas have access to various online mapping services and can provide detailed, street and regional maps to suit any requirements. - Inventories & Photographic Schedules of Condition
When letting residential or commercial property it is crucial that the tenants return the premises in the same good quality condition it was let in. Inventories and photographic schedules of condition are detailed methods of recording the internal condition and furnishings to be appended to the tenancy agreement. Prices start from £100.00 plus VAT.
